Join us from 1st December and celebrate Christmas at The Old Boat House Food Group with our new Christmas menu. The menu features our take on some Christmas classics, as well as some of the fresh seafood and local produce we’re renowned for.

Group’s who book in November will receive a free bread board from our own Amble Bakery plus complimentary home-made mince pies and coffees. The menu is available across all four of our venues; The Old Boat House, Blyth Boathouse, Fish Shack and La Famiglia. The menu is priced at two courses for £16.95 or £22.50 for three courses plus a glass of wine.

Starters are:

–White Onion Soup served with sage pesto croutons and bread from our bakery

–Chicken & Ham Hock Terrine with red onion chutney, honey and spelt crouton micro salad

–Deep Fried Panko Breaded Brie served with baby beetroot salad, watercress puree and rapeseed dressing

Mains are:

–Butter Poached Crown of Turkey with all the trimmings

–Braised Feather Blade of Beef served on parsley mash with roasted root vegetables, curly kale and red wine jus

–Roast Fillet of Hake with parsnip puree, clams and samphire butter

–Handmade Ravioli filled with herb roast butternut squash, sun-dried tomato and ricotta with tomato and spinach sauce

Puddings are:

–Classic Christmas Pudding served with brandy sauce

–Orange Posset served with caramelised passion fruit and shortbread biscuit

–Warm Chocolate Brownie with pistachio and oat crumb with vanilla ice cream

–Selection of Northumbrian Cheeses with chutney and grapes (£2 supplement)
