Creamy chicken & white bean soup with a hint of sage & thyme focaccia.
Terrine of smoked & poached salmon served with a caper & dill pesto and warm soda bread.
Warm filo tart of goats cheese, cranberry compote, pear & walnut.

Turkey crown poached in herb butter served with buttered mash, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire puddings & roast gravy.
Pork Shoulder stuffed with apricot & chestnut served with buttered mash, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire puddings & roast gravy.
Roast fillet of hake served on celeriac purée, with pancetta, kale & mussel cream.
Celeriac & parsnip Rösti with wild mushroom & sage cream, shredded sprouts & chestnuts.
